Who We Are

Community Advancement Agency provides home community-based based support to exceptional adults, children, and families. We focus on services that target the following

  • Preventing family disruption and re-entry into placement and hospitalization and
  • seeking permanence for those who are unable to re-enter their home and/community of origin.

CAA promotes practical, community alternative services that work to divert consumers away from out-of-home care, and/or to seek permanence in a manner that is needs-driven, strengths-based, comprehensive, and service-oriented.
