Our Case Managers are armed with current information that is critical to construct an effective service plan, including but not limited to crisis plans and interventions. Because of this knowledge, we are able to empower clients as well as other individuals involved in their plan in order to make informed decisions.

Through our Case Management Services, we are able to link clients to individual and family therapy, life skills development, employment services, boarding schools, emotional growth programs, other therapeutic programs, residential treatment, behavior modification programs, psychiatric hospitalization, psychiatric services, counseling, psychotherapy, psychological testing and an array of additional services.
